Primary Responsibilities
Maintain the most current information on vendors and requirements to place orders
Build relationship with vendors and work closely to coordinate on time product delivery
Work closely with vendors and make sure the correct balance of open purchase orders exists on their and our end
Constantly update PO ETA's in the system
Maintain an updated status report of containers on water
Keep buying cost information updated and correct in system. Maintain the information of all applicable custom duties and charges for items
Update the Vendor contact information in system and everywhere else required, if and when a change occurs
Coordinate with the specified broker for proper release of containers
MinimumEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
