Job responsibilities will include providing clerical support to the Juvenile Court, including receiving, indexing, and recording court case information and/or legal documents, entering and updating data into databases and Excel spreadsheets.
Word processing with Microsoft Word, and provide copies of official court and/or legal documents to the courts, litigants, attorney and other appropriate parties.
Qualified applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalency, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in court services, clerical or administrative support.
Bilingual preferred.
A background in legal or juvenile court setting is a plus.
Background check, drug screening and other pre-employment testing required.
