Royal Thai is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of marketing including, but not limited to:
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Developing and executing marketing plans that include product launches, promotions, and events.
Conducting market research to identify trends and consumer needs.
Analyzing data to determine the success of marketing campaigns.
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to develop strategies and campaigns.
Implementing marketing metrics such as conversion rates, customer engagement, conversion, and other metrics.
Assisting in developing new products and services that align with business goals.
Analyzing data from internal and external sources to determine performance, trends, opportunities for improvement, and future opportunities.
Working with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns that will drive sales.
Working with the sales team on new product development.
Working with the customer service team on customer satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3
years of experience in a similar role preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; customers, vendors, employees, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines; ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail; ability to manage time effectively; strong organizational skills; excellent time management skills; attention to detail; independent problem solving skills; strong analytical skills; excellent interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including management and employees at all levels of the organization.
