This position requires a high level of organization skills, self-motivation and well developed professional demeanor and discretionary judgment.
This position provides support for minor and major projects, as well as, day to day duties, as assigned by CNO and COO, and is responsible to ensure that project actions and day to day duties are tracked and completed.
This position requires a strong ability to multi-task and to work in a fast moving environment with a high level of personal accountability.
This position requires a can do mindset with a strong ability to support the assigned executive positions.
Presents self and overall administration in a well-developed professional manner including in the areas of writing and speaking and coordination of administration processes.
Is exposed to a wide variety of hospital administrative issues requiring a mature, well developed professional and confidential demeanor.
Is able to explain hospital policy and practice when appropriate in a professional manner, and/or direct to the appropriate administrative position.
Performs a variety of administrative assistance and clerical tasks and specialized duties utilizing knowledge of office systems as well as judgment in making decisions according to established procedures.

Proactively provides executive assistance in all areas of the CNO and COO responsibilities including coordination of work schedules, support for projects and appropriate assistance of the day to day flow of their respective roles.
Requires a thorough understanding of the respective executive roles and a well-developed ability to provide assistance where needed.
Responsible for the appearance of the executive office and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Provides executive assistant and clerical support in implementing processes and procedures related to complete patient assessment and age specific, appropriate care.
Supports CNO and COO in maintaining and coordinating office business including scheduling of appointments, screening phone calls, maintaining office supplies and equipment, maintaining files, word processing of letters, memoranda, reports, policies, procedures and committee and departmental meeting minutes.
Demonstrates understanding and support of Nursing Administration and Hospital Operations policies and procedures.
Distributes pre-meeting information for assigned meetings, such as agendas, handouts or booklets.
Completes minutes within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) business days for review.
Maintains files on Nursing personnel including BCLS, ACLS and PALS certification, professional license, GA drivers license, timely Performance Evaluation, status change, reference checks, and/or termination forms.
Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and Hospital policies and procedures and standards, including infection control, safety regulations and guidelines.
Provides executive assistance and clerical secretarial support for CEO and CFO during absence of their Executive Assistant.
Supports Senior Executives with special projects while using judgment for the level of discretion and confidentiality needed.
Greets visitors, physicians and hospital staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in the administrative field Three years payroll and computer skills Must be able to demonstrate the following:
strong verbal and written communication and report-writing skills; advanced organizational skills addressing both electronic and hard copy files/documentation; ability to effectively interface with diverse array of people; able to take initiative to solve issues and proactively prepare for upcoming events Proficient in word, excel, power point, AS400, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook) and other programs as assigned.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines required (TJC, AOA) Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred 5
years of experience in the administrative field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
