As a Rug Fabrication Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and manufacturing processes related to rug fabrication.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for quality control.
The Rug Fabrication Lead will collaborate with various teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of rugs.
Key
Responsibilities:
Production Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of rug fabrication, from raw material acquisition to the final product.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company targets.
Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of fabricators and production staff to achieve production goals.
Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the fabrication process.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address any product defects or deviations from specifications.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall product quality.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains within the rug fabrication process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and innovations.
Communication:
Report regularly to senior management on production progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in rug fabrication or a related manufacturing field.
Ability to cut rugs as needed.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to staying informed about new technologies.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
