3K a year Assist the Sales Group entering customer order, arrange freight for orders, communicate shipping information and order acknowledgement to customers.
Position is very fast paced and requires attention to detail.
Candidate must be a critical thinker, active team member and have the ability to multi task and prioritize assigned.
Responsible for the day to day Operations for assigned installations including but not limited to the following:
Perform order entry and complete purchase orders.
Provide order status, shipment and delivery information.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes from order to delivery.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Assist regional sales managers and respond to their requests.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Maintain claim reports:
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Issue warranties.
Lead the individual and team development of all Fieldturf personnel in area of responsibility consistent with the Target Manager Profile and by using best practices for:
PDD (Personnel & Development Dialogue) OGSM's of SMART Objectives Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Individual and Team Metrics Conduct all activities and engagements at the apex of professionalism and behaves in a manner consistent with Tarkett Code of Ethics OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and Human Resources.
Assist in the accomplishment of Company goals.
Helps other employee to accomplish Company goals.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Associate's degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer knowledge:
Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Syspro.
Basic knowledge of SalesForce and SAP.
Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
Perform at a high level in a very faced past environment.
Flexibility, adaptability, manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
