Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems, basic computer skills, and customer service skills Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with customer inquiries - Assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
