Job Description:
Performs quality audit/inspections for incoming (sourced) finished products at the CDC.
Performs pre-inspections for products that are going out to customers when requested.
Inspect product returns for quality issues to verify claim and customer observations using Salesforce.
Review all material in Q-Hold status at the CDC and work with respective parties to determine the disposition of the material.
Perform layups on Adura, Wood, and Laminate products.
Not limited to commercial LVT and Rubber products.
Provide updates on the outcomes of the inspections to the Claims Department or the Customer Support Department when requested.
Document all inspection activities in the CDC Drive or SharePoint.
Creating and updating reports in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Requirements:
Candidate should have a basic understanding of measuring tools and how to read them.
Candidate should have basic understanding on how to operate a computer.
Candidate must have experience Freight Checking Candidate must be able to lift 20lbs to 40lbs.
Must pass Color Blindness and Color Deficiency test high school diploma or GED preferred Associate Degree a plus Desired Qualifications Proficient using SAP.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Adura, Wood, and Laminate products.
Previously worked in a quality position.
Familiar with using inspection equipment such as a gloss meter, feeler gage, calipers, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
