Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician maintains and performs interior and exterior repairs in/on apartment buildings/units and grounds/common areas.
Typical duties include:
Minor electrical maintenance/repair, minor plumbing maintenance/repair, interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, appliance installation repair/maintenance/installation, HVAC maintenance/diagnostics/repair, computerized work order entry, preventive maintenance (filter changes, systems serving, etc.
), and occasional after hours/emergency maintenance.
On-Call required (rotating schedule) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

Specific vision abilities include close, distant, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.

The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Additional Qualifications Including but not limited to:
Minimum 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
Ability to perform in a busy, multi-tasking work environment.
Valid driver's license.
