The Order Fulfillment supervisor will interact with the company's showrooms and account managers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
They will also review orders that are sent in for accuracy to help avoid claims.
Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! bonus details provided during interview ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising and coaching the team on how to deliver Next Level service.
Monitor and distribute team emails to appropriate team member to ensure timely processing.
Assist with the monitoring of first-class orders and expedite per showroom request.
Assist with timecards as needed in the absence of the Department Manager.
Maintain reports that are assigned by the OFT Manager.
Assist with interviews for new personnel.
Provide feedback as needed for team performance.
Investigate and resolve team issues that require escalation.
Investigate and resolve Showroom / Account Manager issues ensuring timely resolution.
Back up team as needed with all order fulfillment task.
Follow up to make sure filing / Docuware are complete.
Assist Order Fulfillment Manager with implementing New Projects.
Monitoring daily work flows and teams to ensure timely reporting and accuracy of daily tasks.
Assist and coordinate the training of new hires and new processes and procedures.
Attendance is an essential function of the position.
All other duties as needed by management or department needs.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Attendance is an essential function of the position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Must possess superior time management, organizational and priority setting skills.
Have ability to remain composed when faced with competing priorities.
Have ability to manage multiple assignments or tasks through to completion.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to remain in a sitting position for an extended period.
Will sit most of the working day.
Moving through the office occasionally to access printer.
Constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as calculators, and phones.
Frequently communicates with coworkers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Office environment with standard office equipment available.
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.
Lighting and temperature are adequate.
There are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
