Accountabilities:
Direct and assist a team to find the root cause for any inventory issue at their warehouse.
Researches any merchandise not shown scanned out of the facility or any orders without a tracking number in FedEx or UPS to determine the cause. Corrects discrepancies in shipments and provides updates to the inventory analyst by Friday of each week.
Works with shipping to return items that were pulled but not shipped at the end of the business day. Ensure items are returned to correct location as shown in the ERP system.
Helps Inventory Analyst cross check spreadsheets for cycle counting teams and label printing.
Maintains aEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
