We are seeking a tufting machine operator for our new custom rug division. Candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that involves high levels of interaction with co-workers, machinery, and computers. This position requires a systematic approach to daily tasks and organization as well as high degree of critical thinking. General mechanical aptitude and skill sets are a bonus. CNC or CAD experience is welcomed. This opening is for a day shift position with hours and days to be defined. Compensation is based on skills and experience. Successful candidate will be eligible for the company's comprehensive benefits package after 90 days.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
