Description:
The Quality Assurance Rep is responsible for conducting and reporting daily quality audits for orders. Provides feedback and assists Reps in correcting errors to improve the overall quality of the order input process.
Reports to:
Order Processing Supervisor
Accountabilities:
Audit orders and cancel requests according to the most current documented procedures.
Maintain and report out daily/weekly/monthly quality reports to the Order Processing Supervisor.
Provide productive, confidential and effective feedback and coaching to Reps regarding the correction of order processing errors.
Assist Supervisor in the improvement of overall order processing quality.
Assist with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the business need.
Meet or exceed all individual performance goals.
Interdependencies:
This position interacts daily with Customer Care personnel and additional Surya workgroups such as Shipping, Operations, Sales Managers, Sales Reps, Accounting and Surya Managers.
Recommended Education, Experience and Skills:
High school diploma, some college or college degree is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an order processing environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
